Accomplished and strategic leader with 15+ years of global management experience in directing all aspects of learning and development, curriculum design, innovation leadership, competency-based education, and educational program management. My professional skills and background have been growing during the last decades of work with leading universities, schools, EdTech, and НumTech startups in Russia and worldwide. I have worked both as a researcher and strategic leader for projects and startups in the education and L&D sectors.

Among the brightest results: 1. Formulated leading-edge university strategy 2020-2030, allocating an additional budget of $1.6M annually. 2. Designed robust strategy for EdTech startups with 5500+ users and $200k investments and grants. 3. Developed exceptional accelerator for student initiatives and projects with more than 3900 participants. 4. Proposed and implemented a number of learning programs about LX, curriculum design, and instruction techniques in teachers, enhancing the skills of over 1000 participants in two years. 5. Engaged with top leading universities: SkolTech, Skolkovo, Higher School of Economics, Saint Petersburg State University, and Tomsk State University universities to forge partnerships with key stakeholders.

Through the last 5 years, I have been the leader of several startup initiatives. Most prominent: – PROK (www.prok.edu.ru): online school curriculum constructor, 3500 registered users, securing over $105k investment – Ecers.ru (www.ecers.ru), a platform for assessing a learning environment for kindergartens. – iCu (www.curriculum.holdtime.ru): online curricula constructor and training of professional skills of teachers, securing over $50k investment – Zamisli (www.zamisli.pro), creating easy contests and viable initiatives, facilitated 2000 participants, got $42k grant

My strong side is the ability and readiness to start new initiatives with a systematic view on it, not just initiation but creating a new business process. I feel energy and enthusiasm for creating new projects and products, working in a team, and being focused on getting real results and profit. Also, research activity is familiar to me, my key research fields are competencies, skill and curriculum design, and digital technologies for education.
