Biography
Katarina Stekić is an associate of the Centre for the Promotion of Science and a research associate at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.
Her multidisciplinary interests are reflected in her scientific work in neurocognition, music cognition and psycholinguistics, and she has promoted the value of a multidisciplinary approach to science for many years as head of the Combined Sciences seminar at the Petnica Science Centre.
As a doctoral student in psychology she researches early reading skills, while at the Centre for the Promotion of Science she takes part in several European projects aimed at developing STEAM education in Serbia.
